What we collect

This site exists to let you request a free kitchen remodel estimate from Red Door Renovations. The form asks what you are looking to have done, whether you are the homeowner, and when you would like the work done. It then asks for your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and the address of the home the project is for, so we can reach you and plan the visit.

We do not ask for and do not want a Social Security number, a date of birth, or bank or payment details. Please do not send those through this site.

How you got here

We store the advertising and referral values carried on the link you arrived on: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, msclkid and ttclid, the ad, ad set and campaign identifiers our advertising platforms attach, the page that referred you, and the address of the page you landed on. These are saved in your browser and submitted with your request so we know which ad or page brought you here.

That exact wording, its version number, the time you submitted, and the address of the page you were on are sent along with your request. That record is what shows you asked to hear from us.

How we use it

• To call, text or email you to schedule and confirm your appointment
• To prepare for that appointment
• To measure which ads and pages actually bring people here

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

We share what you submit only with the providers that make this site and our follow-up work, and only for that purpose:

• Our customer relationship system, which stores your request and sends our follow-up
• Our website host, and its traffic and performance analytics, which measure how the site loads and how it is used
• Our advertising measurement tools, which run on the live site. When you submit the form they receive your name, email address, phone number and postal code so the advertising platform can match the conversion to your visit. Your answers to the form questions are not sent to them.
• Google Maps Platform, if you use the address suggestions in an address field. What you type in that one field is sent to Google to produce the suggestions.
• Our booking calendar provider, which runs the scheduling step after you submit and records the time you pick
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as in response to a court order

Your phone number and your consent record are not shared with any of the above except the providers that deliver our messages.

Cookies and browser storage

The form saves your progress in your browser so you can come back and finish without starting over. Your browser also holds the advertising values described above and a flag that keeps a single submission from being counted twice. Clearing your browser storage removes all of them. Cookies used for analytics and advertising measurement can be controlled through your browser settings.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
• Tell us on the phone to stop calling, and we will stop.
• Call the number below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your request, our correspondence with you and the record of your consent for as long as we are working with you, and after that for as long as applicable law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will tell you plainly what we can remove and what we are obliged to keep.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect what you send us, including encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for the adults who book appointments with us. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date at the top. If we change the consent wording above, that wording gets a new version number, and it applies only to consents given after the change.
